01 Analyze
Connect read-only to vCenter, Hyper-V, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Huawei Cloud, OVHcloud, Kubernetes and your CMDB. Cleverpath inventories servers, databases, storage and applications, then uses AI to infer how they talk to each other — including the dependencies nobody wrote down.
02 Assess
Every workload gets a 6R recommendation — rehost, replatform, refactor, repurchase, retire or retain — scored on OS and runtime support, licensing, performance and business criticality. Each call comes with its evidence, so your architects can accept or override it in one click.
03 Plan
Cleverpath maps each workload to target services and instance sizes, groups them into migration waves by dependency and risk, and writes the cutover and rollback runbooks. Export the landing zone as Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep or Pulumi.
04 Estimate
Get a one-time migration budget, a projected monthly run cost with rightsizing and commitment discounts, and a payback period. A living risk register flags downtime windows, data residency, skills gaps and compliance issues — each with a suggested mitigation.
